Ryan Dame

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ryan Dame grew up in Northwest Indiana and, upon graduation, joined the United States Marine Corps. During his nearly decade-long career as a Marine, Ryan participated in campaigns through Afghanistan in addition to serving throughout Southeast Asia as part of a Marine Expeditionary Unit. Carrying this experience forward, Ryan still approaches all tasks with the same level of drive, focus, and determination as he did in the Corps.

Following his service, Ryan was accepted to the prestigious University of California, San Diego, where he earned his B.A. in Public Law. Following this, Ryan attended law school in New York City as a student at Brooklyn Law School where he graduated from the accelerated JD program, achieving his law degree. Upon passing the bar exam, Ryan was admitted to practice in the state of Illinois where he joined the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor for traffic offenses, misdemeanor crimes, and domestic violence related charges. Ryan brings his prosecutorial experience into his work as a defense attorney. He’s well-versed in the mind of a prosecutor, how the charges are approached, and what you can expect during your proceedings.
